Talent City Consultants is seeking a female candidate with insurance sales experience for a front-line telesales role in Gurugram. The position requires 6 months to 5 years of experience, with interview mode F2F and immediate joining. Salary up to 35k INR per month.

The role involves outbound and inbound calls, presenting fintech solutions, achieving targets, and maintaining CRM records to ensure customer satisfaction and onboarding satisfaction.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of telesales experience.
• B2C sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with outbound calling and follow-ups.
