The Job Title: AR Caller, Medical Billing

Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable Management: Monitor and manage accounts receivable aging reports to identify delinquent accounts and prioritize follow-up actions.
• Denial Management: Analyze denied claims, identify root causes, and take corrective actions to resubmit claims and prevent future denials.
• Insurance Follow-Up: Contact insurance companies to resolve billing issues, claim status inquiries, and payment discrepancies.
• Patient Communication: Communicate with patients regarding billing inquiries, payment plans, and outstanding balances.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate and analyze AR reports to identify trends, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights to management.
• Payment Posting: Ensure accurate and timely posting of payments from insurance companies and patients.
