Job summary

Crescendo Global is seeking an Insurance Pricing Data Scientist in Gurugram to drive pricing models for P&C insurance. The role requires hands-on Python and SQL, with a strong analytical mindset to work on pricing analytics, risk factors, and portfolio insights.

You will collaborate with actuarial, analytics, technology, and business teams and gain structured exposure to Earnix pricing solutions in a tech-driven, global environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Data Scientist, Pricing Analyst, Actuarial Analyst, or similar role in the insurance domain.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python and SQL is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of P&C / General Insurance, preferably with pricing experience.
• Exposure to pricing models, statistical modelling, risk modelling, GLM, actuarial analytics, or portfolio analytics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with stakeholders.
