Job Summary
Insurance Operations Analyst responsible for managing day‑to‑day activities related to commercial property within Self‑Invested Personal Pension (SIPP) schemes. Will handle property acquisitions, disposals, lease transactions, inspections, and client inquiries while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Process UK Pension commercial property claims inclusive of research and verification.
- Process property acquisitions and disposals within SIPP portfolios, ensuring documentation, compliance checks, and timelines are met.
- Support lease transactions, including rent collection setup, lease registration, and coordination of building works.
- Maintain accurate property records and ensure updates are reflected across internal systems.
- Coordinate rent reviews, liaising with surveyors and clients to ensure timely execution.
- Schedule and document vacant property inspections, ensuring health & safety and insurance compliance.
- Assist with property valuations, gathering relevant data and supporting third‑party assessors.
- Handle mixed technical property tasks, including title reviews, planning queries, and environmental checks.
- Respond to management enquiries from clients, advisers, and internal teams.
- Contribute to onboarding and servicing activities as part of incremental headcount expansion.
- Comply with all regulatory requirements, procedures, and Federal/State/Local regulations.
- Research queries from Business Partners/Client Support Teams and reply within minimum response time.
- Review and update job aids/process guides to ensure accuracy.
- Complete assigned responsibilities and projects within timelines, managing daily BAU.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in UK Pension domain – Commercial Property.
- Experience managing day‑to‑day activities related to commercial property within Self‑Invested Personal Pension (SIPP) schemes.
- Experience with remote transitions, developing quality checklists, performing RCA, and developing action plans to improve quality performance.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Graduate in any stream.
- Open to flexible shifts based on business requirements.
- Good verbal & written communication skills, typing skill and attention to detail.
- Good time management skills and ability to work independently.
