Job summary

Gramax seeks an experienced training professional to plan, design and deliver comprehensive OT/ICS security training. You will cover OT fundamentals, PLCs, RTUs, HMIs and the Purdue model, teaching how OT environments integrate with industrial processes across sectors such as manufacturing, energy and utilities.

Emphasis will be on real-world threats, lab exercises and practical risk mitigation. The role requires strong communication and facilitation skills, experience with industrial simulators

Qualifications

• Proficient in OT/ICS security fundamentals and OT fundamentals.
• Experience with ICS/SCADA architecture and security risks.
• Familiar with IEC 62443 standards and their application.
• Knowledge of NIST OT security frameworks (NIST SP 800-82, NIST CSF).
• Understanding OT network security: segmentation, firewalls, industrial protocols.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design and deliver training sessions on OT/ICS Security.
• Teach OT fundamentals covering industrial processes, PLCs, RTUs, HMIs, DCS and the Purdue Model.
• Explain OT environments and industrial processes across manufacturing, energy, utilities, transportation and critical infrastructure.
• Train learners on ICs/SCADA security including threats, vulnerabilities and attack scenarios.
• Explain IEC 62443 series, zones/conduits, security levels and secure lifecycle requirements.
• Teach NIST OT security frameworks and mapping to real-world environments.
• Train learners on OT network security: segmentation, industrial protocols and secure remote access.
• Highlight IT vs OT security differences, safety and legacy constraints.
• Train on OT risk assessment, safety-critical operations and incident impact on processes.
• Develop and deliver hands-on labs using OT/ICS simulators and controlled scenarios.
• Track attendance, performance and provide reports.
• Resolve learner doubts and mentor learners.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet schedules and deliverables.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design and deliver training sessions on OT/ICS Security
• Teach OT fundamentals, including industrial processes, PLCs, RTUs, HMIs, DCS and the Purdue Model
• Explain OT environments and industrial business processes across manufacturing, energy, utilities, transportation and other critical infrastructure sectors
• Train learners on ICs/SCADA security, including common threats, vulnerabilities and attack scenarios specific to industrial environments
• Explain and apply the IEC 62443 series, including zones and conduits, security levels and secure lifecycle requirements
• Teach NIST OT security frameworks and guidance (NIST SP 800-82, NIST CSF) and how to map them to real-world environments
• Train learners on OT network security: segmentation, industrial protocols (Modbus, DNP3, OPC UA, etc.), monitoring and secure remote access
• Highlight the differences between IT and OT security, including safety, availability and legacy system constraints
• Train learners on OT risk assessment, safety-critical operations, the impact of cyber incidents on physical processes, operational continuity and risk mitigation
• Develop and deliver hands-on labs using OT/ICS simulators, virtual environments, industrial network traffic and controlled security scenarios, along with case studies and assessments
• Track batch attendance, performance and feedback, and share regular reports
• Resolve learner doubts and provide mentoring and guidance
• Coordinate with internal teams to complete schedules and deliverables on time
