The opportunity
This position will support the design of individual learning items and blended learning programs. The instructional designer will work to agreed design quality standards and processes, using approved templates and tools, and will collaborate with other designers and learning professionals to support the continuous improvement of design and development speed, efficiency, and quality. In addition, the designer will develop and maintain strong relationships with content owners, Subject Matter Reviewers (SMRs), learning and performance consultants, developers, deployment teams, and vendors.
