Job summary

Responsibilities

• Design and develop curriculum for AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, and Data Science programs.
• Create detailed learning modules, lesson plans, presentations, assignments, projects, and assessments.
• Research industry trends, tools, and technologies to keep content up to date.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructors to build practical learning experiences.
• Develop real-world case studies, hands-on exercises, capstone projects, and portfolio-building activities.
• Structure learning paths to progressively build technical skills and industry readiness.
• Review and improve curriculum based on learner feedback, industry developments, and placement requirements.
• Create evaluation frameworks, quizzes, assignments, and assessments to measure learner progress.
• Ensure content quality and alignment with Masai School's learning standards.
• Work with academic, product, and placement teams to enhance program effectiveness and learner outcomes.
