Job summary

Novac Technology Solutions Private Limited in India is seeking an Instructional Designer with 3–5 years' experience to design and develop engaging e-learning content. The role involves planning, storyboarding, authoring, and blending learning assets to support corporate training.

You will work on applications training, ILT modules, and multimedia assets using Story-line, Captivate, and Camtasia, collaborating with seniors to ensure clarity and impact.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in instructional design and e-learning content development.
• Ability to design, develop and manage blended learning programs.
• Proficient in storyboard development and multimedia asset creation.

Responsibilities

• Develops instructional content for web-based training materials.
• Contributes to storyboarding, authoring, and development of e-learning content.
• Applies instructional design theories and creates innovative learning resources.
• Writes clear audio and video scripts for high-quality course assets.
• Collaborates on selecting images, graphics and animations with seniors.
• Develops quality ILT and training modules using Story-line, Captivate, Camtasia.

Responsibilities

• Develops Application Training specific to instructional content for web-based training materials.
• Contributes to story boarding, authoring, and development of e-learning content and blended learning solutions.
• Apply instructional design theories and practice and develop innovative ideas for e-Learning resources.
• Use appropriate writing styles to make content easy to understand for the target audience.
• Discuss ideas for images, graphics and animations with a senior team member before specifying them for development.
• Produce well written audio and video scripts to produce high quality course assets.
• Developing quality ILT and training modules using tools like Story-line, Captivate, Camtasia etc.
