A leading institutional stock broking house in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Institutional Research Analyst. The role requires a minimum of 5-8 years experience in Institutional Research, with skills in financial analysis and the ability to mentor associates. The candidate will provide research coverage in the Mid Cap Sector, engage with top institutional clients, and work collaboratively with various teams. Attractive CTC of 50 to 60 Lacs pa offered.

Overview

Institutional Research Analyst – Mid Cap Sector

Qualification: MBA from premier institute or Chartered Accountant with CFA.

Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of relevant work experience in Institutional Research.

CTC: 50 TO 60 Lacs pa

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities

• Use skills as a seasoned and experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices and organizational policies and procedures.
• Write independently and provide major contribution to Key Thematic reports.
• Provide Research coverage in Mid Cap Sector on regular basis with excellent modelling and valuation skills.
• Release periodic research notes.
• Regularly interact with top domestic institution funds.
• Be responsible for active interaction with top management of Mid Cap Sector companies and advise institutional clients on investment opportunities.
• Work with Corporate Access to arrange roadshows, one-on-one meetings and concalls for institutional investors with management of Mid Cap Sector.
• Handle client requests and provide useful insights during morning meetings with Sales and liaison with company IR.

Team and Collaboration

• Mentor associates to enrich their experience and understanding of the sector with excellent managerial skills.
• Collaborate with Institutional Research, Sales and Sales Trading teams.
• Be willing to travel within India and outside India as required.
• Coordinate with Institutional Research, Corporate Access, Institutional Sales and Sales Trading and other business entities.
