Think People Solutions is seeking a General Business Governance & Control Specialist (1st Line) to develop and measure non-technology operational risk policies, safeguarding the organisation from process- and people-related failures.

You will lead risk assessment, treatment, and assurance activities, partner with Coverage and Corporate Finance units, and drive a culture where risk awareness is everybody's responsibility.

About the Role

This role is responsible for developing Business Operational Risk (that is NOT Technology or Markets focused) policies and measuring Business Operational Risk (that is NOT Technology or Markets focused) in order to protect org from risk that is caused by inadequate or failed internal processes, people and systems or from external events. Some of the roles that align to this role may have a component of their roles with a compliance element.
