Lead program reviews and relevant Heartbeat operating mechanisms; maintain concise dashboards covering milestones, backlog, risks, dependencies, resources, budget, customer and quality actions, and decisions. Actively manage program budgets, purchase orders, forecasts and actuals in partnership with budget owners and Finance. Maintain resource and capacity visibility, surface constraints early, and facilitate cross-functional trade‑off and allocation decisions.
