TechnipFMC is seeking an Engineer to install subsea structures, flexible flowlines, umbilicals, risers, and moorings. You’ll support offshore crews, interface with clients and suppliers, and provide engineering solutions within a SSE project taskforce, aligned with company standards and budgets.

The role involves preparing tenders and projects, planning installation work, validating procedures, and contributing to tool development, with emphasis on quality, cost, and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in offshore, civil or marine engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3+ years in offshore oil & gas, preferably subsea.
• Experience with project preparation, coordination and execution phases.
• Strong English communication, both spoken and written.

Responsabilités

• Produce documents and preliminary studies for tenders and projects.
• Take responsibility for installation of products on major projects.
• Perform engineering activities for preparation and offshore installation.
• Plan and confirm procedures and associated calculation notes.
• Provide technical input during procurement and project progress reviews.
• Support vessel mobilization and installation phases while following HSEQ rules.

Job Purpose

The Engineer will be responsible for the installation Of subsea structures, flexible flowlines and/or umbilicals, riser systems, mooring Systems, etc. The Engineer prepares the mission and then supports the Offshore crew during the operation. The Engineer also ensures the interface with the Client, the suppliers, the Offshore crew and the design team. provides engineering solutions as part Of a SSE project taskforce, in accordance with TechnipFMC standards, procedures, processes, schedules, and budget, with a continuous concern for quality, targets, and customer satisfaction.

Job Description

• You produce all documents and preliminary studies related to tenders and projects developed by the Group
• You take responsibility for the installation of one or more product(s) on a major Project
• You perform the engineering activities related to the preparation and Offshore installation Of the products
• You plan, prepare and confirm the specific procedures (validation test on site, transportation and installation) and associated calculation notes (design lifting slings) defining priorities
• You bring technical expertise during the procurement process, and confirm the projects progress at interim meetings with your Lead
• You participate to vesseUCB mobilization as well as installation phases on vessel to validate technical solutions by respecting the rules of the Group HSEQ
• You warrant that your activities are conducted in compliance with the Project standards in terms of Quality, Cost & Time
• You support the development of computational tools

You are meant for this job if:

• A Bachelor's/Master's in Offshore Engineering, Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering or comparable
• Minimum 3+ years of experience with Offshore Oil & Gas Industry, preferably subsea or an equivalent
• Practical experience/understanding of preparation, coordination, and execution phase of projects in general
• Good command of English, both verbal and writing
• Strong technical basis in engineering and coaching skills
• Project management skills, Good organizational and problem-solving skills
