Job summary

TechnipFMC plc in Hyderabad, India, is seeking an Installation Analysis Engineer with experience in dynamic analysis to join our team. You will ensure analyses follow design rules, interface with the project team, and verify installation feasibility for rigid/flexible pipelines, umbilicals, and subsea structures.

The role requires a BE/BTech in civil or mechanical engineering with strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil/ mechanical or related engineering. Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Master's degree in Offshore Structures/Ocean Engineering is a plus.
• Experience with offshore installation analysis is preferred.
• Knowledge of installation analysis software such as Orcanex, Flexcom, Deeplines, Offpipe is desirable.
• Experience as a project engineer on offshore installation vessels is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure analysis is performed in compliance with established design rules and procedures.
• Interface with Project Team to clarify aspects of the work, project data and installation methodology.
• Ensure installation feasibility of rigid pipelines, flexible pipelines, umbilicals, and subsea structures.
• Write technical project documents (e.g., installation analysis reports) and ensure timely deliverables.
• Consolidate team experience in discipline.

Job Description

• Ensure analysis is performed in cornpliance with the established design rules and procedures within TechnipFMC Group
• Interface with Project Team to clariW aspects of the work, project data and define installation methodology.
• Ensure installation feasibility of rigid pipelines, flexible pipelines, umbilicals, and subsea structures.
• Write technical project documents (such as merno and installation analysis reports, etc.) and ensure deliverables are issued as per schedule.
• Consolidate team experience in discipline

You are meant for this job if:

• Bachelor of Engineering/ Technology degree in civil/ mechanical or any other relevant engineering disciplines. Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good knowledge in offshore structures/ wave hydrodynamics. Experience using installation analysis software (Orcanex@, FlexcomO, Deeplines@, Offpipe, etc.)
• Nice to have: Master of Engineering/ Technology degree in Offshore Structures/ Ocean Engineering or any other relevant engineering disciplines. Experience of being a project engineer on offshore installation vessels. Python knowledge
