Job summary

RINA Consulting (formerly D'Appolonia) is seeking an Inspector / Surveyor for Site Supervision in Ankleshwar, Gujarat. The role involves overseeing QA/QC, inspection and documentation for the installation of a Gas, Flame, Heat & Multisensor Detection System across multiple sites.

You will review ITP/ITR/QMP/QAP/QCP, verify materials and workmanship, witness FAT/SAT, and maintain site records while ensuring safety and quality standards on an on-site basis.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or diploma with 10+ years.
• Experience in TPI, QA-QC and onshore oil & gas projects.
• Knowledge of ITP, ITR, QMP, QAP, QCP documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Inspect installation, fabrication, testing and commissioning activities.
• Review ITP, ITR, QMP, QAP, QCP quality documentation.
• Verify materials, equipment and workmanship against drawings/specifications.
• Monitor welding, NDT, dimensional inspection, coating activities.
• Inspect Instrumentation, Electrical, Civil/Structural; Mechanical/Piping as required.
• Witness FAT/SAT, testing and calibration activities.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality/site records.
• Monitor progress, quality and safety compliance.
• Track and close NCRs, punch points and support commissioning.
• Verify as-built drawings and site measurements.

Inspector / Surveyor – Site Supervision

Location: Ankleshwar, Gujarat
Project Duration: 24 Months
Project: Installation of Gas, Flame, Heat & Multisensor Detection System at 18 GGS

Job Summary

Responsible for TPI, site supervision, inspection, QA/QC, documentation and certification activities for the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect installation, fabrication, testing and commissioning activities.
• Review ITP, ITR, QMP, QAP, QCP and quality documentation.
• Verify materials, equipment and workmanship against approved drawings/specifications.
• Monitor welding, NDT, dimensional inspection, coating and related activities.
• Inspect Instrumentation, Electrical, Civil/Structural works; Mechanical/Piping as required.
• Witness FAT/SAT, testing and calibration activities.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality/site records.
