Job description: Sales Executive - Call Center

Location: Yelahanka, Bangalore

Role: Contract

You will: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our in-house call center team. The role involves connecting with potential leads who have expressed interest in our automobile products (such as electric two-wheelers), engaging them with relevant product information, and guiding them through the next steps in the buying journey.



To be successful, you will be expected to:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers who have shown interest in test riding our vehicles.
  • Explain product features, pricing, and offers in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Follow up with leads consistently to increase conversion rates.
  • Update and manage customer data and call records accurately in Excel or CRM tools.
  • Set reminders and ensure timely follow-ups with interested leads.
  • Handle queries related to products, test rides, availability, and dealership locations.
  • Collaborate with the field sales team or showroom staff to schedule appointments/test rides.
  • Meet weekly/monthly targets for calls made, test rides scheduled, and conversions


You must have any or a combination of any of the following skills:

  • Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role (automobile industry preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and at least one or more regional languages such as Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Marathi.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel including use of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and maintaining structured data.
  • Ability to handle rejections and objections confidently.
  • Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude and high levels of self-motivation.
