Job summary

Bonito Designs in Mumbai (Thane) seeks a dynamic Digital Caller to connect with digital leads, qualify them, and schedule appointments for the sales/design team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, explain services, and maintain accurate lead status in our CRM.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of telecalling or inside sales experience, fluent Hindi and English, and a customer-focused, target-driven mindset. This is a 6-day work week with a rotational off, based in Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of telecalling/inside sales experience.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Experience handling digital leads is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from digital leads (Facebook, Google, website, etc.).
• Understand customer requirements and explain Bonito Designs services.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales/design team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status in CRM.
• Follow up with prospective customers to drive conversions.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and booking targets.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Digital Caller who will be responsible for connecting with leads generated through digital platforms, qualifying them, and scheduling appointments for the sales/design team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from digital leads (Facebook, Google, website, etc.)
• Understand customer requirements and explain Bonito Designs services
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales/design team
• Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status in CRM
• Follow up with prospective customers to drive conversions
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and booking targets

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling / inside sales
• Good communication skills (Hindi + English required)
• Experience in handling digital leads is preferred
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage
• Target-driven and customer-focused mindset

Working Details
