• Target-driven with a proven closing track record.
• Willingness to work on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Handle qualified walk-in and digital leads generated by marketing.
• Conduct in-person and virtual client consultations.
• Understand client requirements and propose interior solutions & packages.
• Present design concepts, pricing, and value propositions confidently.
• Negotiate and close deals within defined timelines.
• Maintain high conversion ratios and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with design, operations, and execution teams post-closure.
• Update CRM with accurate client and sales data.
• Mentor junior sales team members (if applicable).
