JobCrexa is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to act as a technical expert in supporting the sales process. You will collaborate with account managers, customers, and product teams to translate customer needs into tailored technical solutions.

The role involves presenting proposals, handling RFQs/RFPs, and maintaining product knowledge to drive successful outcomes for clients in Punjab, India.

Qualifications

• Fresher or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation).
• Freshers or 1–3 years of experience in technical sales, applications engineering, or customer support.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Technical aptitude and ability to learn complex systems.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Microsoft Office) and CAD or similar software.
• Team player with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to provide pre-sales technical support to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotes.
• Respond to RFQs, RFPs, and product-related inquiries.
• Coordinate with engineering and product management to ensure accurate solutions.
• Track and manage leads and opportunities using CRM software.
• Support order processing, pricing, and contract review.
• Maintain deep knowledge of product portfolio and industry trends.
• Handle Social Networking.
