SA Technologies in Pune, an NSE-listed, CMMI Level 5 organization, is hiring an in-house SAP MM consultant. The role demands 10–11 years of SAP experience with strong MM, PP, and QM knowledge, and hands-on leadership across design and implementation.

You will govern cross-functional SAP integration with Finance, Sales, Production Planning and Warehouse, while guiding migrations and handling change management in a cloud-enabled environment.

Formación

• 10-11 years of SAP experience with deep SAP MM expertise and leadership in design and implementation.
• Strong manufacturing process knowledge and SAP MM module-wise expertise.
• Experience with ECC and Public Cloud and/or Private Cloud models; hyperscaler awareness.
• Experience with third-party integrations, SAP landscapes, migration, MRP, and change management.

Responsabilidades

• Own SAP MM solution design across source-to-pay and inventory-management processes.
• Govern integrations between SAP MM and Finance, Sales, Production Planning, Quality Management, and others.
• Plan and govern migrations, data readiness, testing, cutover, and hypercare.

JobDescription:

Main JobTasks and Responsibilities

• · Own SAP MM solution designacross source-to-pay and inventory-management processes, includingrequisitioning, purchasing, contracts, source determination, goods movements,inventory, valuation, invoice integration, subcontracting, consignment andstock transfers.
  · Apply strong manufacturingbusiness-process knowledge and translate business requirements into standard,sustainable SAP solutions.
  · Provide strong SAP PP and QMprocess and integration knowledge, including material planning, productionexecution, inspection processing, quality notifications and inventorymovements.
  · Govern integration between SAPMM and Finance, Sales, Production Planning, Quality Management, Warehouse,Plant Maintenance and other relevant SAP processes.
  · Design and govern integrationwith third-party applications using appropriate APIs, middleware, events, filesand integration patterns.
  · Own relevant SAP landscapearchitecture, including applications, environments, interfaces, data flows,security, availability, performance and lifecycle dependencies.
  · Guide SAP Business TechnologyPlatform adoption for integration, extension, workflow, data and analytics usecases aligned with enterprise standards and clean-core principles.
  · Identify practical AIopportunities in procurement, inventory, planning and quality processes andensure secure, responsible and value-driven adoption.
  · Lead or support SAPimplementations in Public Cloud and/or Private Cloud environments andcontribute to fit-to-standard decisions.
  · Plan and govern migrationactivities, including scope, data readiness, mapping, cleansing, testing,cutover, reconciliation, hypercare and operational handover.
  · Provide strong MRP knowledge,including material-master parameters, demand and supply elements, planningruns, procurement proposals, exceptions and integration with purchasing andproduction.
  · Apply structured change managementcovering stakeholder alignment, communication, training, adoption, businessreadiness and resistance management.
  · Apply ITIL practices acrossincident, problem, change, release, service-level and continual-improvementprocesses.
  · Understand hyperscaler conceptsrelevant to SAP, including connectivity, security, resilience, monitoring,scalability and cost awareness.
  · Provide functional leadershipand coaching to SAP team members and partners; coordinate priorities, quality,risks, knowledge transfer and delivery commitments.
  · Build trusted relationshipswith business process owners, key users, Group IT, Enterprise Architecture,vendors and senior stakeholders.
  · Prepare clear architecturedocuments, process flows, decision papers, roadmaps, business cases, statusreports and executive-quality PowerPoint presentations.
  · Apply strong analytical andstructured problem-solving skills to identify root causes, evaluate options,assess risks and drive topics to closure.

Non-negotiableRequirements

• B.Tech. / B.E. degree inComputer Science, Information Technology or a closely related discipline.
• 10-11 years of relevant SAPexperience, with deep SAP MM expertise and substantial responsibility insolution design, implementation and functional leadership.
• Strong manufacturingbusiness-process knowledge and SAP MM module-wise business-process expertise.
• Strong SAP PP and QM processand integration knowledge.
• Demonstrated experience withthird-party integrations, SAP landscapes, BTP, migration, MRP, changemanagement and AI-enabled opportunities.
• Experience working on at least twoto three SAP implementations in ECC and Public Cloud and/or Private Cloudmodel.
• Practical understanding of atleast one hyperscaler environment and its relevance to SAP workloads.
• ITIL certification anddemonstrated application of service-management principles.
• Proven team-management andstakeholder-management experience.
• Excellent verbal and writtenEnglish communication, analytical thinking and PowerPoint storytelling skills.

Good to Have

• PMP certification or equivalentformal project-management credential.
• SAP Activate Methodologycertification.
• Relevant SAP MM, S/4HANA, BTP,cloud architecture or hyperscaler certification.
• Experience with S/4HANAtransformation, RISE with SAP, clean-core principles and applicationrationalization.
