In addition, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in commerce as a service, integration including assimilating new middleware technologies; business self-service, and measuring and monitoring the performance and reliability of applications to achieve superior customer satisfaction. Using the high-level business requirements, user stories from the Product team, you will create functional and technical solutions for business transactions to the ERP system (SAP and Mainframe) and other major internal systems, considering performance/security/compliance requirements, volumes, exception handling, and service level agreements.

You will provide functional oversight and technical leadership to the development team. You will troubleshoot technical issues and provide break-fix support to application development and functional teams as necessary. You will incorporate business requirements into global functional designs (when applicable). You will define functional acceptance criteria and execute functional testing prior to integration and user acceptance testing. You will coordinate with product managers, business users, and partners to ensure adequate test plans for all new functionalities are developed and incorporated into future baseline testing. You will provide product managers with support for integration testing, user acceptance, partner testing, and deployment (go-live) activities as necessary. You will provide status on integration activities to the product engineering team to ensure that consistent reporting is available for all internal and external stakeholders. You will contribute to Disaster Recovery plans and procedures. You will contribute to Quality Assurance processes and ITIL process adherence including following change management, incident management and problem management procedures.
