The AOC Analyst is responsible for monitoring alerts and getting them actioned in timely manner. Creating bridge calls and getting the required stake holders for accessing the root cause and driving for a permanent solution.
Actively monitoring alerts coming from all the platforms.
Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues, ensuring optimal uptime and performance.
Perform routine system administration tasks, such as user management, file system management, and backup/restore operations.
Assist in the implementation of system upgrades and patches, following best practices and change management procedures.
Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve cross-functional issues and ensure seamless integration with other systems.
Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to maintain an up-to-date knowledge base.
Participate in on-call rotations and respond to system emergencies in a timely manner.
Creating Bridge calls and getting all the right stake holders / resolver teams and the leadership team to drive it towards resolution and finding RCA.
Experience with terminal management and file processing.
Strong understanding of alert management and monitoring tools.
Gather and analyse monitoring requirements from application owners
Collaborate with application, service and problem teams recommending changes for performance improvements because of data from dashboards and monitoring tools
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
1-3 years of proven experience as a Monitoring Analyst in a similar role.
Good working knowledge of UNIX, Windows & database technologies
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Linux+, ITIL or ITSM certification is an added advantage.
Experience with Postilion, Solarwinds Monitoring, Nagios, ServiceNow etc, is an added advantage.
Experience with various Cloud technologies and platforms e.g. AWS, Azure, OpenStack, etc is an added advantage.
This is a full-time position.
Candidates must be ready to work 5 days a week from Mumbai office.
Candidates should be ready to work in rotational schedules / shifts and supporting 24x7 operations.
