Responsibilities

• Ensure maximum availability of RO plant for water supply and continuous water distribution to canteen, offices, and shop floor.
• Arrange RO repairs and ensure water quality is maintained.
• Inspect buildings for repairs or renovations.
• Oversee maintenance of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
• Plan installations and refurbishments (telecomm, heat, electricity).
• Manage contract vehicles records per ISO requirements and housekeeping standards.
• Coordinate general administration, tea/snacks, pest control, and uniform provisioning for staff.
• Monitor service levels during breakdowns and manage guest visits and events.
• Engage in digitization and automation of processes; drive analytics usage.
• Ensure facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health, and security standards.

1. Infrastructure and facilities operations Ensure maximum availability of RO plant for water supply and ensure continuous water distribution to canteen, office areas and shop floor; arrange for RO repairs and ensure there are no compromises on the water quality Ensure maintenance of colony helpdesk to assist the residents on any infrastructure and facilities requirements/issues Inspect buildings� structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity etc.) and refurbishments Ensure maintenance of contract vehicles related records as per the ISO requirements and ensure maintenance of house-keeping, sanitary and cleaning of offices according to 5s workplace organization method Engage in systematic execution of general administration jobs such as office area house-keeping, supply of tea and snacks, best utilization of pest control service Ensure timely arrangement of uniform for the facilities and infrastructure maintenance staff Monitor response rate on service level during breakdowns, visit of foreign guest, VIP learning and implementation of new tools in the administrative services Ensure that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards Provide inputs into the design of a new building to ensure that facilities are able to be delivered in the most effective way Extend support during EMC, Sports, Events, Wellness Centre activities and other employee welfare activities. Monitor canteen and coffee shop services, and enhance dining hall facilities and services Ensure continuous monitoring and satisfactory execution of the service rendered by the guest house caterer in terms of quality of food, guest came and house keeping Maintain transport expenditure within the limits of business plan and work towards effective logistics within the plant by aiming to reduce extra steps and extra kilometers Oversee and agree contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering, technology and so on Take initiatives to drive growth for DCBL and ensure sustained growth in line with long-term and short-term objectives of the organization Ensure initiation and sensitization of the employees towards digitization and automation of the processes Focus on utilization of advanced business analytics tools to derive key insights critical for the success of the organization 2. Self/ Team Development Review and monitor performance of team members� and provide requisite developmental support/ inputs Recommend training as required for team�s development Develop the team and update their knowledge base to cater the organization need Strategize avenues for enhancing employee satisfaction in the function, resulting in high engagement levels of employees
