Qualifications

• Support et maintenance des plates-formes de reporting (Tableau, Looker, SAP BO, Metric Insights, Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Maintenir et configurer les plateformes de reporting et assurer leur santé opérationnelle.
• Concevoir et gérer les pipelines CI/CD pour le déploiement des contenus et des configurations.
• Planifier les mises à jour et les vérifications de compatibilité avec OS et middleware.
• Renforcer la surveillance et l'alerte des plates-formes et soutenir les heures US hors bureau.

Parce que devenir le leader incontesté de l’industrie agroalimentaire, signifie s’entourer de personnes qui regardent l’avenir avec avidité. **OVERVIEW*** Support the global Enterprise Reporting and Analytics team in managing and enhancing enterprise-supported reporting platforms, including **Tableau, Looker, SAP BusinessObjects, Metric Insights, and Power BI.*** This role carries primary ownership of one or two reporting platforms, covering application maintenance, configuration, support, and roadmap planning.* The individual will help deliver reliable reporting capabilities, partner with infrastructure and data teams, guide internal users, and drive adoption of standards and best practices across the reporting ecosystem. **KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES*** Required to support and maintain enterprise reporting platforms, including Tableau, Looker, SAP BusinessObjects, Metric Insights, and Power BI and own the operational health and stability of assigned platforms.* Configure platforms, manage users and security, support licensing, and resolve break-fix issues and performance improvements.* Deliver reporting-platform work in projects while coordinating with Enterprise Applications, BASIS, OS, hardware, and network teams.* Plan, execute, and validate Tableau Server administration tasks including version upgrades and patch deployments. Manage site configurations, data source connections, extract refresh schedules, and subscription management.* Perform pre-upgrade assessments and compatibility checks and coordinate with infrastructure teams for underlying OS and middleware upgrades.* Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment of Tableau content, platform configurations, and infrastructure changes.* Manage release packaging, change preparation, deployment to QA and Production, and post-deployment validation.* Coordinate and execute periodic OS-level security patching, middleware upgrades, and application-server updates for reporting-platform hosts.* Enhance platform monitoring capabilities by creating alerting policies and building dashboards to track platform health, usage trends, extract performance, and capacity utilization.* **US business hours support -** The role requires providing extended off-office hours shift coverage and overnight and weekends/holidays on-call support on a weekly rotational basis.**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS*** Hold a full-time graduation from an accredited university.* Bring a total minimum of 6 years of IT experience with a relevant minimum of 4 years of experience in supporting reporting, analytics, or other enterprise application platforms.* Support and maintain enterprise reporting platforms, including Tableau, Looker, SAP BusinessObjects, Metric Insights, and Power BI.**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS*** Having experience with multiple reporting and analytics tools for maintenance and support including Tableau, Metric Insights, SAP BusinessObjects, Power BI, or Looker will be a preferred advantage* Have exposure to tools such as CDSW and R-Studio Connect.* Familiarity with GitOps practices, ArgoCD, Helm, or Kubernetes-based deployment patterns.* Develop and maintain Terraform modules for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to host reporting platforms.* Knowledge of certificate lifecycle management, secrets management, and identity and access management.* Experience in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or PowerShell for operational task automation, data processing, and platform management.* Ability to leverage AI capabilities where they deliver business value to improve support, operations, and user productivity.* Certification in reporting platform administration in any of - Tableau, Looker, SAP BusinessObjects, Metric Insights, and Power BI. **CONDITIONS D'ADMISSIBILITÉ**Les candidats doivent satisfaire aux exigences d'âge minimal requis dans la région où se trouve le poste.
