About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Infrastructure Engineer – Backup, Disaster Recovery & Virtualization with 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in enterprise backup solutions, disaster recovery, virtualization, Windows infrastructure, and cloud platforms.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience managing Acronis Cyber Protect, VMware, Hyper‑V, virtual machine backup and recovery, Windows Server administration, and Microsoft 365 environments. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, backup validation, disaster recovery testing, and infrastructure support to ensure business continuity and high system availability.

Candidates with experience in Acronis Backup, VMware vSphere, Hyper‑V, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Azure, AWS, and enterprise storage technologies will be preferred

Key Responsibilities

Backup & Disaster Recovery

• Install, configure, and administer Acronis Cyber Protect Backup solutions.
• Configure backup policies for physical servers, virtual machines, endpoints, Microsoft 365, and cloud workloads.
• Monitor daily backup jobs and proactively resolve backup failures.
• Perform file‑level, image‑level, VM‑level, application‑aware, and bare‑metal recovery.
• Conduct periodic backup verification and restoration testing.
• Plan and execute Disaster Recovery (DR) drills and failover testing.
• Maintain Recovery Point Objectives (RPO) and Recovery Time Objectives (RTO).
• Configure backup retention policies and lifecycle management.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
