Job summary

TeamPlus Staffing Solution Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced DevOps/SRE professional to automate platform operations and scale Kubernetes-based infra on GKE. You will work across ingress, DNS, Istio, and Helm, and implement infrastructure as code with Terraform and Ansible.

The role focuses on observability tooling (Prometheus, Thanos, Loki, Grafana, OpenTelemetry) and GitOps (ArgoCD), driving POC to production while collaborating with the platform team and contributing Go code as needed.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in infra/DevOps/SRE roles.
• Hands-on with cloud-native infra and automation.
• Experience building and operating Kubernetes-based platforms.
• Strong scripting or Go coding for automation.

Responsibilities

• Identify manual, repetitive operational work and automate it.
• Design, build, and operate Kubernetes-based infrastructure (GKE) at scale.
• Work across the cloud-native stack: Ingress, ExternalDNS, Istio, Helm.
• Write and maintain infrastructure as code with Terraform and Ansible.
• Develop observability pipelines using Prometheus, Thanos, Loki, Grafana, OpenTelemetry.
• Drive GitOps workflows using ArgoCD.
• Tackle ambiguous problems and drive POC to production, including architecture and rollout.
• Collaborate with platform team and contribute hands-on Go code when needed.

Years of Experience 4 – 7 years of experience in infrastructure/platform/DevOps/SRE roles

Responsibilities

• Identify manual, repetitive, or error-prone operational work across the platform and automate it away this is a primary focus of the role, not a side effort
• Design, build, and operate infrastructure on Kubernetes (GKE) across a large microservices footprint
• Work across the cloud-native stack: Ingress, ExternalDNS, Istio, Helm
• Write and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform and Ansible
• Build and improve observability pipelines: Prometheus, Thanos, Loki, Grafana, distributed tracing, OpenTelemetry
• Drive GitOps workflows using ArgoCD
• Take ambiguous problems or early-stage POCs and drive them to production scoping, architecture, implementation, and rollout
• Collaborate closely with the platform team on infra initiatives, contributing hands‑on code (Go preferred) where needed
