Job summary

Dar in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Infrastructure & Cloud Security Engineer to strengthen security across enterprise infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments. You will design architecture and define security requirements for on‑premises, hybrid, and cloud setups.

The role emphasizes managing Active Directory/Entra ID, network security, VPNs, and cloud security in Azure and/or AWS, with a strong focus on IAM, Zero Trust, and risk assessments across new systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Telecommunications or related field.
• 7-10 years of relevant cybersecurity experience.
• Strong experience in enterprise infrastructure security including Active Directory/Entra ID, network security, VPN and cloud security (Azure and/or AWS).

Responsibilities

• Design and review security architecture for enterprise infrastructure, applications, cloud services, and emerging technologies.
• Define security requirements for on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.
• Review security architecture across Identity, Email, Network, Endpoint, Server, and Cloud environments.
• Design security controls for AD/Entra ID, firewalls, VPN, and cloud platforms.
• Conduct security architecture and risk assessments for new systems and major changes.
• Analyze system architectures and data flows to identify risks and recommend controls.
• Define security requirements for AI/LLM solutions, APIs, and third‑party AI services.
• Develop security architecture diagrams, standards, requirements, and design documents.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Application, and IT teams to embed security into designs.
• Ensure alignment with ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS Benchmarks.

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure & Cloud Security Engineer to join our cybersecurity team and play a key role in designing and strengthening security across enterprise infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and review cybersecurity architecture for enterprise infrastructure, applications, cloud services, and emerging technologies.
• Define security requirements for on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments.
• Review security architecture across Identity, Email, Network, Endpoint, Server, and Cloud environments.
• Design security controls for Active Directory / Entra ID, firewalls, VPN, network security, servers, endpoints, and cloud platforms.
• Conduct security architecture and risk assessments for new systems, applications, technologies, and major changes.
• Analyze system architectures, data flows, integrations, and interfaces to identify security risks and recommend controls.
• Define security requirements for AI/LLM solutions, AI agents, APIs, and third‑party AI services.
• Develop security architecture diagrams, technical security standards, security requirements, and design documents.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Application, and IT teams to embed security into technology designs.
• Ensure alignment with cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS Benchmarks.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of relevant cybersecurity experience.
• Strong experience in enterprise infrastructure security, including:
• Active Directory / Entra ID
• Network Security & Firewalls
• VPN & Remote Access
• Good hands‑on knowledge of Azure and/or AWS security and hybrid cloud environments.
• Experience designing or reviewing security architecture for enterprise applications and infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of IAM, Zero Trust, network segmentation, vulnerability management, encryption, logging, and security monitoring.
• Knowledge of application, API, and integration security.
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• CISSP preferred, but not mandatory.
• Certifications such as CCSP, SC-100, AZ-500, AWS Certified Security - Specialty, CCNP Security, or equivalent are an advantage.
• Experience in AI/LLM security, cloud-native security, containers, or DevSecOps is a plus.
• Experience working in large, distributed, or hybrid enterprise environments is preferred.
