The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of security principles and frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001), hands-on experience with firewalls, SIEM, cloud security, and incident response, and collaborates with IT/DevOps to embed security into development and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, CS, or related field.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or AWS Security Specialty are highly desirable.
• X+ years in a cybersecurity or related role, with architectural capacity.
• Deep knowledge of network and systems security.
• Experience with SIEM, DLP, and IAM.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Framework Development: Establish security frameworks and protocols based on best practices (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS).
• Risk Management: Conduct security risk assessments and audits, ensuring vulnerabilities are addressed promptly.
• Collaboration: Work closely with IT, DevOps, and other teams to integrate security measures into development and deployment pipelines.
• Technology Evaluation: Assess and recommend security tools and solutions for prevention, detection, and response.
