- Collaborate with Go developers on Terraform provider development; contribute to provider testing, validation, and documentation.
- Own existing automation feature sets and continually expand capabilities to support new product requirements and customer use cases.
- Interface with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) to store and manipulate data efficiently.
- Liaise with development, test, and solutions engineering groups to isolate performance bottlenecks and resolve technical issues encountered by internal teams and customers.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, optimizing code for speed and scalability. Working closely with PM, PO, and product development teams to identify and improve product functionalities and capabilities.
- Adopt and apply Agile development practices and execution.
- Work with and, as needed, manage containerized applications. Deploy them using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).

- Experience packaging and publishing Ansible collections to Ansible Galaxy or a private automation hub.
- Experience developing and consuming Terraform modules; familiarity with Terraform state management, resource lifecycle, and infrastructure‑as‑code best practices.
- Go programming with 5 years of experience. Strong history of Go concurrency, channels, mutexes, context propagation, and access control.
- Hands‑on experience authoring Terraform providers in Go using the Terraform Plugin SDK v2 or Plugin Framework.
- Experience publishing and maintaining internal and public GitHub libraries.
- Experience publishing and maintaining providers in the Terraform Registry.
- Experience with at least one top cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Minimum of 5 years on Linux, including shell scripting, and CI/CD pipeline development.
- Excellent writing and documentation skills in creating test procedures, workflows, diagrams, and user guides.
- Great verbal communication, including presentations and providing technical training.
- A team player with fast technology adoption.
- A growth mindset.
Great to Have Skills
