Job summary

Qualcomm India Private Limited in Bengaluru is seeking a Hardware Engineer to plan, design, verify, and test digital/analog/RF systems and related hardware blocks, including LPDDR protocols and test benches.

You will create DV infrastructure, integrate VIPs, execute test plans, debug failures, and ensure high-quality verification while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, ECE, or related field with 2+ years hardware engineering experience or higher
• Experience with digital design concepts and verification methodologies

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering or related field and 2+ years of hardware engineering experience, or Master's degree and 1+ year of hardware engineering experience, or PhD degree
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of hardware engineering experience or related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong debugging skills with UVM and SystemVerilog
• Understanding of specifications and standards with ability to develop relevant test plans
• Experience developing monitors, scoreboards, sequencers and sequences using scripts, SystemVerilog, UVM, and methodologies to increase bug detection
• Comfortable checking builds, navigating large test benches, analyzing coverage, adding or enabling extra debug, and digging into failures
• Thorough understanding of digital design concepts, verification methodologies and tools, LPDDR4/LPDDR5 protocols, and bus protocols such as AHB/AXI/ACE/ACE-Lite
