HighRadius in Hyderabad seeks a seasoned Java Architect to guide evolution of our software ecosystem. You will lead design of high-level and low-level structures, drive decomposition of monolithic apps into modular microservices, and ensure robust, scalable solutions built on OOPS and J2EE standards.

Responsibilities include shaping system design, data architecture for high-concurrency environments, and mentoring technical teams on best practices and design patterns.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering with at least 3+ years in an architect or lead role.
• Proven track record in designing and deploying both Monolithic and Microservices architectures.
• Deep expertise in creating comprehensive HLD and LLD documentation.
• Mastery of Java, J2EE (EJB, JSP, Servlets), and modern frameworks like Spring/Spring Boot.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, performance tuning, indexing, and query optimization.
• Strong command of OOAD and SOLID principles.

Job Summary

This role is pivotal in managing the transition and coexistence of monolithic and microservices architectures. You will lead the design of high-level and low-level system structures, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and built on solid OOPS principles and J2EE standards.
