Position: US IT Recruiter

Location: Pondicherry local

Preferred: Male and Female

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Manage End-to-End Recruitment cycle starting from screening to closure.
2. Freshers or Mandatory Expertise in Hiring if US IT recruiter plus.
3. Coordinate interviews with the hiring managers and follow up on the interview process status.
4. Candidate management.
5. Utilize social media, job boards, and Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.
6. Close the position within the given TAT.
7. Good working experience on different job portals and social media.
8. Working in Night Shifts only; no Day Shift.
9. No WFH; from day one on-site.
10. Salary will be based on experience in recruitment.
11. Only Bachelor’s degree required; no Diploma or High-school.
