What will you do?

1. Responsible for requirements management plans including elicitation, approvals, processes, RAID, and scope impacts.
2. Highly responsive to changing business priorities with the ability to plan, accounting for potential changes and corrective actions.
3. Advanced requirements elicitation and management skill set; including traceability, testing and validation.
4. Leads the work with the business Product Owner & Managers to identify functional and technical requirements, translating the requirements into technical design specifications reflecting Functional Design, User Interface Design and Business Process Design.
5. Closely partners with the Architecture team, ensuring the technical solution will meet the business requirements.
6. Execute consulting engagements in a global delivery model, working with consultants across regions- being part of a team of high performing consultants.
7. Contributing to the profile and reputation of Infosys Consulting through firm building, new capability and offering development initiatives, thought leadership, whitepapers.

What do we require?

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a Life Science background (Commercial analytics, Patient support program, LIMS, MES, R&D etc.) to build the bridge between our business and clients, immersing themselves in the market to understand problems and find innovative solutions. In addition to working with/on multiple teams, you will have an opportunity to improve processes and systems, and conduct research and analysis in order to come up with solutions to business problems alongside a team of other analysts/developers.

1. Minimum 2+ years of experience in documenting business requirements, functional design, business scenarios etc.
2. Must have a Life Science background.
3. Strong analytical thinking skills who thrive on solving problems to create the best user experience.
4. Proven efficiency in conflict management, influencing and negotiating skills with the ability to lead or manage stakeholders effectively.
5. Familiar with Agile methodology is a plus.
6. Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
