Job summary

Rozgoo is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to join its Bangalore/Hyderabad team. The role involves handling incidents, service requests, and remote troubleshooting with a focus on customer satisfaction.

You will work with ticketing systems, escalate issues when needed, and ensure adherence to SLAs in a rotational shift environment. Cab facility is available for commuting support.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, OS and basic networking.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• ITIL awareness is preferred and helpful.

Responsibilities
