Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in IT infrastructure project management, including 3+ years in program management.
• Strong expertise in risk management, dependency tracking, and resource allocation.
• Understanding of AI-assisted project management concepts (predictive planning, automation, analytics).
• Knowledge of ITIL 4 and PMP standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations.
• Hands-on experience with cloud migrations and hybrid infrastructure environments.

• Drive executive-level visibility and stakeholder satisfaction throughout the program lifecycle.
• Leverage AI-driven insights to forecast program-level risks, dependencies, delivery trends, and financial impact.
• Manage cross-project dependencies, ensuring alignment across infrastructure, security, and business initiatives.
• Utilize AI-powered program management tools to improve planning accuracy, timeline forecasting, and workload optimization.
• Apply predictive analytics to identify schedule slippage, resource constraints, and delivery risks early.
• Use AI to generate status reports, executive summaries, and dashboards with databacked insights.
• Leverage AI for scenario modeling to support decision-making on scope, timelines, and resources.
• Promote responsible and compliant use of AI in program workflows, ensuring transparency and data security.
• Partner with engineering, security, and PMO teams to continuously enhance AI adoption in program delivery processes.
