• Administer the Azure portal and review cloud logs & alerts.
• Handle endpoint management — desktops, laptops, printers, MDM, biometric devices, and UPS.
• Manage endpoint security tools (antivirus, device encryption, application control).
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software support and warranty claims.
• Support IT asset lifecycle management, documentation, and audits (ISO, internal controls).
• Monitor performance and uptime of critical IT systems and infrastructure.
• Basic understanding of VLANs, VPNs, and firewall rules.
• Conduct periodic security audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Ensure adherence to cybersecurity policies and standards.
