Job summary

The Dow Chemical Company in Navi Mumbai (IND) is seeking an Information Technology Analyst/Sr BW Developer to drive data migration, ETL and SAP-based solutions. You will gather business requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver robust data objects aligned with Dow architecture.

Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT with strong SQL, SAP BODS, ABAP, Power BI and Power Apps skills is expected. Relocation assistance is not offered. Mumbai location only.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience is required on the role.
• Experience with SAP Data Services and ETL is expected.

Responsibilities

• Work on SAP Data Migration (ETL).
• Gathers and analyzes business requirements for assigned functional and technical areas.

DOW has an opportunity for Information technology Analyst whose job will include a broad range of responsibilities in gathering and analyzing business requirements for assigned functional and technical areas. We also ensure that we operate on process operation, optimization, modification, maintenance, and technology implementation. Responsibilities

• Work on SAP Data Migration (Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL))
• Gathers and analyzes business requirements for assigned functional and technical areas.
• Works closely with business process teams, technical teams and other stakeholders to design and build objects which meet requirements.
• Builds, tests and implements application objects.
• Assists with issue resolution.
• Helps ensure that functional and technical designs meet business requirements, conform to Dow architecture standards, and optimize productivity and long-term product/system vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT discipline preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience is required on the role.

Your Skills

• Knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge of SAP Business Objects Data Services (BODS)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps
• Knowledge of SAP coding experience, like BAPI/ABAP knowledge.
• Knowledge of PowerBI
• Good in communication and Analytical skills.
• Knowledge of SAP Information Steward is a plus
• Knowledge of Material Master is a plus
• Knowledge of Data Quality concepts and trends is a plus
• Knowledge of Service Now workflow capabilities is a plus
• Good to have knowledge of Agile Methodology and Scrum Planning is a plus.
