Job summary

Utkarsh Small Finance Bank is seeking a Security Operations Center expert to lead and optimize SOC functions in Navi Mumbai. The role focuses on SIEM, log aggregation, incident response, and alignment with regulatory requirements.

You will supervise vendor performance against SLAs and drive continuous improvement across SOC processes and controls. Candidates should bring strong networking, OS, and enterprise integration knowledge, plus experience with multiple security event detection platforms.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with security monitoring tools and incident management processes.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Extensive experience working with SIEM, Log Aggregators, Incident Response Management solutions
• SOC performance goals and priorities, Supervise and monitor the quality of services provided by the SOC vendor for SLA/Compliances
• Act as liaison between the Security Operations team and Banks various departments (IT, etc.).
• Continuously assess and improve the SOC's capabilities, processes, and procedures, with reference to latest trends and developments in cyber security and incorporate them into the SOC's operations.
• Conduct regular assessments, audits, and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly.
• Ensure that the SOC's activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Strong technical knowledge of Networking, Operating Systems and enterprise integrations
• Experience managing standards, developing Security Operations Process
• Proven experience with multiple security event detection platforms
