• Position: Information Security Manager
• Job Shift: Night

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the scope of the ISMS, identify relevant controls, and document justifications for control selection.
• Conduct ongoing risk assessments and manage the risk treatment plan, ensuring effective monitoring of control actions.
• Develop, review, and update all Information Security and IT policies to align with industry standards and regulations.
• Facilitate regular training sessions for all staff on ISMS requirements to promote a culture of security awareness.
• Plan and conduct internal audits of the ISMS and oversee vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
• Ensure closure of audit findings by tracking actions and suggesting corrective measures.
• Compile inputs for management review meetings and report on ISMS objectives and progress.
• Coordinate with law enforcement, CERT-in, and other relevant agencies on ISMS implementation and audits.
• Plan security measures for special and high-risk events, ensuring proper risk assessments are conducted.
• Order and manage security-related supplies and equipment as necessary.
• Analyze and assess vulnerabilities in software, hardware, and networks, recommending countermeasures and best practices.
• Protect systems by defining access controls and resource management.
• Conduct audits to identify security violations and recommend improvements.
• Create, test, and implement network disaster recovery plans.
• Assist in emergency management and contingency planning.
• Stay abreast of changes in security technologies, legislative directives, and best practices through seminars and conferences.

Note:

• Having done relevant security certifications such as CEH, ECSA, CISSP, CISA, etc. will be an added advantage.
