Job summary

Jobskey Search and Selection is seeking an Information Security Lead to guide SOC operations from Hyderabad, India. You will drive incident response, threat detection, and governance activities within a global enterprise setting, coordinating with IT and business teams to enforce security controls.

The role requires hands-on experience with Defender, M365 Security, EDR/XDR, and DLP, plus NIST/ISO 27001/PCI-DSS/GDPR familiarity. Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of information security or SOC experience.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Defender Suite, Microsoft 365 Security, EDR/XDR, and DLP.
• Experience in Security Incident Management and Threat Detection.

Responsibilities

• Lead Security Operations Center (SOC) activities and manage end-to-end incident response.
• Monitor, investigate, and respond to security alerts across Endpoint, Identity, Email Security, and Data Protection platforms.
• Perform root cause analysis and coordinate remediation efforts.
• Manage enterprise security tools including Microsoft Defender (Endpoint, M365 & Identity), EDR/XDR, DLP, Email Security Platforms.
• Investigate phishing incidents, conduct awareness campaigns, and improve organizational security posture.
• Perform risk assessments and support Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, GDPR, and other security frameworks.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement security best practices.
• Drive automation, process improvements, documentation, and operational excellence.

Experience Required
