Job summary

Brillio is seeking an Informatica MDM Developer with strong Java and data integration skills. The role combines hands-on development with platform management, stakeholder collaboration, and training responsibilities.

You will work in a hybrid setup, interface with data governance teams, and contribute to MDM initiatives across production and non-production environments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyse and resolve match and merge issues, duplicate records and missing Golden records.
• Monitor MDM batch jobs and troubleshoot job failures or long‑running jobs.
• Develop Java modules for exception handling, threading, configuration, and integration.
• Write and optimise SQL/PL‑SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and performance tuning.
• Support server patching and validation activities in prod and non‑prod environments.
• Create change requests, test evidence, and deployment documents.
• Integrate with APIs (SOAP & REST), XML/JSON, and JMS MQ for seamless data exchange.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional technical teams to deliver robust integration and governance solutions.

Core Technical Responsibilities

Platform & Stakeholder Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to resolve MDM issues.
• Support the data steward team in resolving incorrect or unmatched records.
• Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for functional aspects of the data management tool, with a focus on MDM.
• Support incident, problem, and change management activities.
• Manage access management policies and user provisioning for the data management platform.
• Plan, design, and deliver training sessions for stakeholders and end users.
• Support MDM deliveries, product development, and project implementations as part of the data management platform team.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for new releases of MDM modules.

Mandatory Skills

• Informatica MDM (Hub Console, IDD, ActiveVOS, provisioning tool, external call configuration).
• Core Java (OOP concepts, inheritance, exception & thread handling).

Additional Skills

• Strong SQL/PL‑SQL (query optimization, packages, functions).
• Scripting experience (Shell, Perl, or similar).
• Exposure to application servers (JBoss; WebLogic/WebSphere a plus).
• Familiarity with version control tools (Bitbucket, Git).

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of MDM concepts and data governance.
• Exposure to Salesforce integration via Informatica.
• Experience in Agile development environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Informatica MDM certification is an advantage.
