Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India in Bengaluru is seeking an Informatica Developer - Associate to join our Business Application Consulting group. You will engage in client support, focusing on Maximo Consulting and modernizing field service and operations through integration solutions.

You will work with global teams across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services, learning to build client connections, manage teams, and grow your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree at minimum.
• 2+ years of experience in integration or related field.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Hands-on with Informatica IDMC CDI and CAI.
• Experience with Mappings, Mapping Tasks, Taskflows, and Process Orchestration.
• Experience with REST/SOAP, API Management, and API Center.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy integration solutions using Informatica IDMC, CDI and CAI.
• Develop mappings, mapping tasks, taskflows, processes, and orchestration.
• Build and maintain integrations using Service Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs, and API management.
• Develop various integrations: CSV, XML, JSON, SFTP, SaaS, databases, external systems.
• Design data and message transformations using XQuery, SQL, Informatica transformations.
• Configure and support Informatica Secure Agents and runtime environments.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and integration issues.
• Monitor message queues and coordinate with teams for resolution.
• Implement robust exception handling, logging, monitoring, and retries.

As an Informatica Developer - Associate, you will engage in client support within our Business Application Consulting group, focusing on Maximo Consulting. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy integration solutions using Informatica IDMC, primarily CDI and CAI.
• Develop mappings, mapping tasks, taskflows, processes, process orchestration, and reusable integration components.
• Build and maintain integrations using Service Connectors, Process Objects, REST/SOAP APIs, and API Management/API Center.
• Develop file-based, database-based, cloud-based, and application-based integrations involving CSV, XML, JSON, SFTP, SaaS applications, databases, and external systems.
• Design and implement data and message transformations using XQuery, SQL, Informatica transformations, and mapping techniques.
• Configure and support Informatica Secure Agents, runtime environments, connections, and associated integration components.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and integration issues involving Secure Agents, databases, SFTP, files, cloud applications, and external REST/SOAP APIs.
• Monitor message queues, analyze failed or unprocessed messages, troubleshoot integration failures, and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
• Implement robust exception handling, logging, monitoring, retry, and error-handling mechanisms for integration solutions.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 2+ years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
• Strong hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC, particularly Cloud Data Integration (CDI) and Cloud Application Integration (CAI).
• Experience developing Mappings, Mapping Tasks, Taskflows, Processes, and Process Orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with Service Connectors, Process Objects, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and API integrations.
• Experience with API Management/API Center and understanding of API lifecycle concepts.
• Strong experience developing integrations involving CSV, XML, JSON, SFTP, databases, SaaS applications, and external systems.
• Good knowledge of XQuery, SQL, database interactions, data transformations, and message transformation techniques.
• Hands-on experience configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Informatica Secure Agents and runtime environments.
• Good understanding of enterprise integration patterns, error handling, logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Experience analyzing existing integration solutions and understanding end-to-end data and application flows.
• Ability to troubleshoot connectivity, data transformation, API, file-processing, and integration-related issues.
• Good analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
