Job summary

Quess is seeking a senior ERP Architect to lead end-to-end Infor M3 implementations and enhancements. You will configure modules, map processes, and drive integrations with APIs and middleware while guiding data migration and financial accounting support. You will mentor teams and ensure governance adherence.

The role encompasses architecture documentation, implementation planning, and strong collaboration with Finance, Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams to deliver integrated ERP solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of ERP implementation experience with Infor M3.
• Hands-on Infor M3 Configuration and solution design.
• M3 Data Migration methodologies and tools.
• Experience in Business Process Mapping and process optimization.
• ERP Integration including APIs, middleware or integration platforms.
• Strong SQL querying and relational database skills.
• Good understanding of Financial Accounting processes in ERP.
• Experience in leading UAT and defect resolution.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Infor M3 ERP projects.

Role & responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end solution architecture for Infor M3 ERP implementations, enhancements, and support projects.
• Configure and customize Infor M3 modules to meet business requirements while adhering to best practices.
• Analyze business processes and perform business process mapping to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Design and oversee ERP integrations between Infor M3 and external applications using APIs, middleware, or integration platforms.
• Plan and execute data migration activities, including data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other business teams to deliver integrated ERP solutions.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries for reporting, troubleshooting, and data validation.
• Support financial accounting processes within Infor M3, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinate defect resolution, and ensure successful business sign-off.
• Prepare architecture documentation, solution designs, technical specifications, and implementation plans.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to functional consultants and development teams.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and governance frameworks.

Preferred candidate profile

• 10+ years of experience in ERP implementation with strong expertise in Infor M3.
• Hands-on experience in Infor M3 Configuration and solution design.
• Strong knowledge of M3 Data Migration methodologies and tools.
• Experience in Business Process Mapping and business process optimization.
• Expertise in ERP Integration, including APIs, middleware, or integration platforms.
• Strong proficiency in SQL Querying and relational databases.
• Good understanding of Financial Accounting processes and ERP finance modules.
• Experience in planning and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
