Job summary

NTT DATA seeks an INFO TECHNOLOGY SR. ASSOCIATE to join our Noida team in Uttar Pradesh, India. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, technicians and admins to support day-to-day operations and resolve application issues.

You will monitor system health, log incidents, and provide L1/L2 support under senior guidance, while contributing to testing, patch validation and knowledge articles. ITIL basics are a plus for this role.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of healthcare provider domain and hospital workflows.
• Willingness to provide L1/L2 support under guidance.
• Good communication with business users, clinical staff and technical teams.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL concepts (Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Release).
• Support testing, upgrades, patch validation and SOP documentation.

We are currently seeking a INFO TECHNOLOGY SR. ASSOCIATE to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

• Basic understanding of the Healthcare Provider domain, including hospital operations, clinical workflows, and healthcare applications.
• Ability to work with physicians, nurses, technicians, and administrative staff to support day-to-day operational issues.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with business users, clinical staff, and technical teams.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to learning and issue resolution.
• Willingness to provide L1/L2 application support for healthcare systems under senior team guidance.
• Ability to monitor application health, log incidents, troubleshoot basic issues, and support SLA-driven operations.
• Basic knowledge of ITIL concepts, including Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
• Support application testing, upgrades, patch validation, documentation, SOP creation, and knowledge management activities
