Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an INFO TECHNOLOGY SR. ASSOCIATE to join our Noida, UP team. You will work with physicians, nurses, technicians and admin staff to support day-to-day operational issues in healthcare systems.

The role requires basic understanding of hospital workflows, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to monitor application health, log incidents, and support SLA-driven operations under senior guidance. This position is on-site in Noida.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of the Healthcare Provider domain including hospital operations, clinical workflows, and healthcare applications.
• Ability to work with physicians, nurses, technicians, and administrative staff to support day-to-day operational issues.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with business users, clinical staff, and technical teams.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to learning and issue resolution.
• Willingness to provide L1/L2 application support for healthcare systems under senior team guidance.
• Ability to monitor application health, log incidents, troubleshoot basic issues, and support SLA-driven operations.
• Basic knowledge of ITIL concepts, including Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
• Support application testing, upgrades, patch validation, documentation, SOP creation, and knowledge management activities
