We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT Technical Recruiter with a minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruitment.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
2. Engage with clients to understand their hiring needs.
3. Source candidates through various channels.
4. Conduct interviews and assessments.
5. Provide a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter.
2. Strong communication skills for effective client interaction.
3. Ability to work independently and take initiative.
4. Immediate joiner preferred.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 per month with decent hike on current CTC and monthly incentives.
