About the Program

The Industry Immersion Fellowship at Volvo Group is a unique program that enables university faculty and post-doctoral researchers to gain hands-on industry experience by working full-time with our technical team at Volvo Group.

About the Role

We're seeking researchers to define processes and tools for assessing battery health and suitability for second-life applications.

This includes using test data (onboard and external) to support safe and efficient repurposing into Battery Energy Storage System (BESS).

Researchers can contribute to designing scalable workflows for battery screening, testing, and circular use.

Should have relevant research experience in Battery Circularity area
