Job summary

Kwality Polythreads in Haridwar invites an Industrial Relations (IR) Manager to lead labor recruitment, training, grievance resolution, and retention, reporting to the HR Manager and Plant Head.

• 1. The Reporting office for the mentioned profile shall be Haridwar, Uttarakhand.
• 2. The office timings are Monday - Saturday, 9 am - 7pm.
• 3. Benefits are as per statutory norms.
• 4. You shall be directly reporting to the Director, Plant Head and managing the Compliance profile and HR department. It is a good exposure for a candidate who is willing to learn and grow.
• 5. The company has a turnover in excess of 160 crores.
• 6. You will be interviewed on Google meet and if selected there will be a final round at the reporting office : Haridwar, Uttarakhand.

Roles and Responsibilities

• We are seeking an Industrial Relations (IR) Manager specializing in labor management to build a stable and loyal workforce. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will lead labor recruitment, training, grievance resolution, and retention efforts to ensure a harmonious and productive work environment.
• Recruitment & Training: Manage end-to-end hiring, onboarding, and skills/safety training for the labor force.
• Retention & Loyalty: Implement welfare initiatives and incentive programs to boost morale and maximize worker retention.
• Grievance Handling: Act as the primary contact for labor issues. Fairly mediate workplace challenges and proactively address dissatisfaction before it escalates.
• Administration: Maintain positive management-labor relations, ensure strict adherence to labor laws, handle disciplinary actions, and track attendance and turnover metrics.
