Job summary

Responsibilities

• Create accurate 3D CAD models using SolidWorks, Rhino or similar.
• Develop concepts through sketches, form exploration and digital visualisation.
• Create realistic product renders in appropriate real-world contexts.
• Translate approved concepts into detailed, manufacturable designs.
• Prepare clear 2D technical drawings, dimensions and basic production documentation.
• Understand materials, manufacturing processes, and assembly methods.
• Make design decisions based on usability, ergonomics, functionality and feasibility.
• Create and refine physical prototypes to test form, scale, function and interaction.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions within timelines.
• Organise and maintain editable CAD files and project documentation.
• Manage tasks across multiple project stages and deadlines.

The Role

We're hiring a full-time Industrial Product Designer to join our Hyderabad studio. This role is ideal for designers who are strong in parametric modeling, concept development, and high-quality visualisation, and who enjoy working at speed without compromising on design intent or detail.

You'll collaborate closely with engineers, strategists, and vendors to bring product ideas to life-from early concepts to production-ready designs.

What you'll do

• Independently create accurate 3D CAD models using SolidWorks, Rhino or similar software
• Develop product concepts through sketches, form exploration and digital visualisation
• Create realistic product renders in appropriate real-world contexts
• Translate approved concepts into detailed, functional and manufacturable designs
• Prepare clear 2D technical drawings, dimensions and basic production documentation
• Understand fundamental materials, manufacturing processes, assembly methods and mechanisms
• Make design decisions based on usability, ergonomics, functionality and production feasibility
• Create and refine physical prototypes to test form, scale, function and interaction
• Incorporate feedback accurately and complete revisions within agreed timelines
• Organise and maintain editable CAD files, render files and project documentation
• Manage assigned tasks independently across multiple project stages and deadlines
• Communicate progress, questions and potential delays clearly and proactively
• Collaborate with designers, engineers and vendors to refine products for manufacturing
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and ownership from initial concept through final delivery
