Brose is seeking an experienced Mechanical/Industrial Engineer to lead motor manufacturing IE activities in our Pune plant. You will drive process planning, line balancing, capacity planning and productivity improvements for high-volume winding operations.
The role requires 8–12 years in motor or e-mobility manufacturing, with hands-on expertise in segment coil, flyer, and stack winding, and experience with automation and robotics in large-scale production.

BE Mechanical / Automotive / Industrial Engineering. 8-12 years of experience in motor manufacturing, winding technologies, or e-mobility production. Expertise in segment coil winding, flyer winding, and stack winding process development. Experience with automation, robotics, and high-volume manufacturing environments. Knowledge of electric motor and stator manufacturing processes. Proven experience in resistance welding, hard soldering/brazing, and laser welding applications. Experience with automated manufacturing systems and robotics is preferred. Knowledge of Motor, Electronics manufacturing. PFMEA/MTM/SPC/IATF16949/ISO14001. AutoCAD /MS office.
