We are looking for a Lead System Administrator to be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines. You will supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company’s computing needs.

The successful candidate will have improved skills, a proven professional experience, and a detailed knowledge of industry’s best practice processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of desktop admins, asset managers, and active directory admins.
2. Manage computer systems infrastructure.
3. Knowledge in AD, certificate IT Infra, Server management.
4. Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT environment.
5. Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems.
6. Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
7. Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
8. Design and execute short and long-term strategic plans to assure infrastructure capacity attains current and future needs.
9. IT Infrastructure Management (Handling multiple locations and team size of 800+).
10. Oversee operational costs, conduct near and long-term financial estimates for expanded functionality and user base.
